Bridging the gap between higher education and the built environment. Our Mentorship Program connects Southern New England college students with experienced construction, architecture, and engineering professionals for direct career guidance, site visits, and industry networking.

Accelerate Your AEC Career
Gain an inside look at the New England construction industry before you graduate. As a PWC-CT mentee, you will be paired 1-on-1 with an experienced industry professional who can guide your career path, introduce you to regional decision-makers, and invite you to active jobsite tours.
- Eligibility: Enrolled in a Southern New England college or university pursuing architecture, engineering, construction management, or allied fields.
- Program Benefits: 1-on-1 mentorship, active jobsite tours, complimentary student membership, and free admission to PWC-CT monthly programs.

Shape Tomorrow’s Leaders
Share your knowledge, give back to the AEC community, and help cultivate a diverse pipeline of future industry leaders. Serving as a PWC-CT mentor requires only a few hours a month, but provides a lasting impact on a student's professional trajectory.
- Eligibility: Active professionals working in architecture, engineering, general contracting, sub-trades, law, finance, or AEC consulting.
- Program Commitment: Monthly 1-on-1 check-ins with your mentee, attendance at kickoff and finale events, and hosting/joining workplace tours.
